If you want to add a scoop of protein powder (to make PROATS!) I used Alpro plain yoghurt as I find it so much creamier than dairy yoghurt and I used almond soya milk which I’ve never tried before. Great idea of someone’s to put the frozen fruit in, before chilling, I normally just put these in smoothies! Thanks for your comment x, These oats are amazing… I tried them with plain greek yogurt and some honey for the first time.. Then I tried adding Muller Greek Style strawberry yogurt instead and wow that is gorgeous!
