Thanks so much for helping. From the information that I have received there has not been any changes. I spent days (off and on) trying to solve it. You need to change your security settings on your phone under the email account from SSL to TLS. Now trying to reboot after resetting to TLS and correct ports. I'm happy to help. I am upset because this has cost me dearly being out of town and depending on my phone for email. While using the ms outlook, sometimes you will notice a problem. Do you have the a computer to see if your email works there?
... Chris, I use outlook on my desktop for my cox email. I have contacted Microsoft, Apple and Samsung to see if there was any changes to the client settings.
