outlook calendar not syncing


Hi, I have shared 2 office 365 calendars, one of them is syncing perfectly but the other one does not sync. We want to take the data from SharePoint and then add information in the Outlook calendar that will not show in the SharePoint calendar. Though the action was done for both the user only one user problem got resolved.

The sharing is done by accessing the web office 365 calendar. I have tried all the methods.

However, you can use Excel as a platform to import the SharePoint calendar list data to Outlook.

You should be able to check it in Options--Advanced--Send and receive.

In the interests of full disclosure, I don't use the iCloud Outlook addin - I prefer not to use 3rd party addins unless I absolutely have to especially when it comes to mixed environments.
