2007 clients will autoconfigure without any problems while the outlook 2010 will fail with this error: An unknown error occurred, error code:0x80070057.

In MS Outlook, File>Account settings>Email>New.............you use the auto setup page and enter your credentials, what then?

There is also an issue with updating the gal causing outlook to now freeze.

that by erasing this file you will empty your Outlook auto-complete
